Altars are:
Made with cone ten clay and food safe glazes.
Dishwasher safe but gentle hand washing is recommended.
Can be mounted to the wall or placed on a shelf/table.
Can be glazed using a sky blue or dark night glaze.
Uses include ring dish, special rock display, mini campfire to burn aromatic wood, cone incense burner, tea light candle holder, tiny serving dish for a small portion of dry snacks…or get weird and put ketchup in a pool for your french fries.
*Use caution when burning items such as incense. Remove items such as dried flowers beforehand*
Possible upgrades:
Removable mini bud vase or mini dish, integrated into the design $40+
Cactus flowers, skull, or additional sculpted elements $20+
Real rock(s) fired into the clay $20+

A heads up regarding my Made to Order pieces:
I don’t use a mold, so I don’t aim to duplicate an exact existing design. These pieces require intuitive spontaneity while sculpting. Yours will be distinct but similar to those that I have already made.
Size will not be exact. Your altar will be slightly smaller or larger than the approximate size listed.
I will make 2 versions of your altar just in case (because clay can be a real pain, sometimes emerging with unexpected flaws). Patience is appreciated!
Glazes may vary a bit in color.
I encourage you to see this as an adventure you and I will embark on together! My goal is to make you a sweet, beautiful, durable altar that you will love for many years.
Once you put down a $60 deposit we can chat about preferences and pricing.
I’ll entertain custom ideas and let you know if they’re feasible.
After you receive your price estimate, you have a week to decide whether to proceed. If you change your mind, no worries! Your deposit will be refunded. Once I begin working on your piece, the deposit is non-refundable.
Please allow up to 8 weeks for shipping (once we have agreed upon a final design).

This deposit initiates a conversation between you and I about what kind of altar you want me to make for you! I’ll email you shortly after receiving your order.
I’ll give you a cost estimate based on our chat and then you have a week to decide whether to proceed with your order. If so, the deposit goes towards the cost of your item.
If you change your mind, no worries, just let me know within a week and your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after I have begun working on your altar, your deposit will be non-refundable.
