This praying mantis mug was wheel thrown using porcelain clay and decorated with a mantis that I sculpted.
The upper exterior is glazed in teal green, the interior and lower exterior are glazed in a satin white.
High fired to cone ten. Made with food safe glazes formulated in my studio and designed for regular use. Gentle hand washing is recommended, although dishwasher use is fine.
