REDUCED PRICE due to glaze that flowed off the tumbler and onto the kiln shelf, fusing the two. Parts of the tumbler chipped off while removing it from the shelf (see last photo). The chipped bottom is a cosmetic flaw that in no way affects the functionality of the tumbler. Any rough spots have been sanded smooth.
A wheel thrown porcelain tumbler featuring Caliche Aventurine, a glaze unique to my work, developed in my studio using a locally sourced Sonoran Desert calcium carbonate.
Fired to cone ten using food safe glazes and fully vitrified. The calcium carbonate was professionally tested by ALS Global to ensure food safety. Hand washing recommended, but occasional dishwasher and microwave use is fine.
