The price of this mug has been reduced due to a flaw that discourages use for any beverage other than water. A pinhole developed on the bottom of the interior, which could potentially harbor bacteria, particularly if beverages are allowed to sit in the mug unwashed for too long and become difficult to clean thoroughly. See the last two photos. *Because of this I would recommend a non-food use* just in case.
Wheel thrown using porcelain clay and decorated with a crowned skull. Glazed with an aventurine glaze that I developed after taking glaze chemistry courses.
High fired to cone ten and fully vitrified. Hand washing is recommended but occasional dishwasher use is fine.
