A porcelain canyon tumbler that reminds me of white limestone, punctuated by aqua glaze resembling the color of water that results from the presence of calcium carbonate. I sculpted a cracking and fragmented facade with loose rocks.
Made with food safe glazes and high fired to 2345 degrees fahrenheit (cone ten). The interior is glazed in white. The exterior is lightly glazed and accented with turquoise.
Hand washing recommended although occasional dishwasher cleaning is fine.
